- Reading 3, 3 Ha’Tarucha St, Tel Aviv
Metal of all kinds, Middle-Eastern folk and Jewish and Arabic traditions come together for a night of musical mayhem in Tel Aviv as Israeli progressive metal band Orphaned Land take the stage at Reading 3 in the Namal.
Despite never gaining a foothold in the Israeli scene, Orphaned Land has managed to acquire an impressive following in Arab countries, as well as Turkey, even as their music has sometimes been banned by the governments.
In addition to incorporating all types of styles and influences, the band’s songs typically promote peace and unity between Muslims, Jews and Christians.
