Get a taste of authentic Mississippi blues as American blues and Gospel guitarist Leo Bud Welch will make his first ever appearance in Israel at Barby club in Tel Aviv on July 6, 2015 at the age of 83. He’ll be playing as part of the first ever Tel Aviv Blues Festival.
Welch is a lifelong musician who mostly played for friends and family and in his local church while supporting himself with blue collar work — plowing and logging, among other jobs — until last year, when he released his first album, Sabougla Voices, on January 7, 2014 just 2 months before his 82nd birthday.
