Sumesa

Despite its location in Ramat Gan, outside of Tel Aviv itself, Sumesa manages to regularly draw Kosher restaurant patrons from all over the metropolitan area thanks to its rich, diverse menu and fair prices.

The menu is made of primarily of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean staples, various meat and fish dishes and fresh salads. Some of the highlights include the crunch roll – a tortilla filled with chicken, mushrooms, onions and topped with Japanese bread crumbs – - and the eggplant and tomato tartine and veal sweetbreads and mushrooms served in a veal stock.
