Segev Herzliya is the gastronomic brainchild of Moshe Segev, one of Israel’s most celebrated chefs. It is considered by many as one of the best restaurants in the entire country. Segev takes pride in taking tastes from all over the world and combining them with his personal touch of creativity and presentation to bring diners an unforgettable experience.
The restaurant is designed to mimic the atmosphere of the streets of Neve Tzedek, with imitation storefronts, cobbled sidewalks, trees and park benches on the ground floor, and typical balconies complete with ferns and hanging laundry above.
