When it comes to luxury, Messa stands above all other restaurants in Tel Aviv, with a constantly-evolving, creative fine-dining menu and an updated modern décor for an indulgent ambiance to complement the food.
Under the stewardship of the gifted chef Aviv Moshe, Messa has risen to the top of Tel Aviv’s restaurant rankings, with “Conde Nast Traveller” featuring the restaurant on their “hot list” of restaurants around the world, and “The Address Magazine” choosing it as one of their favorites.
Messa’s menu changes with the seasons, always incorporating touches of North African cuisine with the classic French styles. Among the most popular dishes are the foie-gras with white “Valrhona” chocolate and lemon sauce, crab gnocchi with blue Bavaria cheese, and the sea food couscous in crab and lemon thyme sauce.
The interior design is dominated by a white motif, with white marble floors. There are two seating areas, one with long communal tables for diners looking for a change of pace, and another with more intimate tables that will suit romantic couples.
The décor has the domination of white all around it, with white marble floors and long communal tables that allow diners to enjoy a slightly different sitting arrangement, and another open sitting area with more intimate tables for the romantic couples.
Since it’s opened in 2004, it has become a favorite place for the rich and famous, attracting big names like Tony Blair, Pink, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Pep Guardiola.
Adjacent the restaurant’s main area is the Pitch Black bar, which offers a similarly chic, but more laid back atmosphere.
