Much like all Tel Aiv fine dining, Fitzroy prides itself in using the freshest ingredients, but it also stands out from the rest by putting an emphasis on equally fresh tastes and presentations.
The menu is decidedly Mediterranean in nature, with a collection of dishes that represent the many sides of one of the world’s most popular cuisines all broken down into 4 groups: raw, fish, homemade and meat.
Some of the highlights include drum fish ceviche (with yogurt, mint, coriander, bulgur and parsley cream), beef sirloin (with porcini cream, potato puree and bourbon) and the ever-delicious homemade black gnocchi with calamari, a rich and delicious crab bisque, coriander, green peas and parmesan.
