The gifted chef Avi Biton opened Adora when he was only 24, and 9 years later this restaurant still manages to excite and surprise its patrons.
Located on the northern part of Ben Yehuda Street, just a short walk from the beach, Adora is comprised of 3 different spaces: the main dining area with a little bar at the end of it, an enclosed terrace and an upstairs floor, all of which are warm and cozy with wooden furniture.
The menu is influenced by French cuisine with a Mediterranean touch and a special attention to the little details.
Don’t miss the wonderful sourdough bread with walnuts and flax seeds accompanied by butter, dried tomatoes, olive tapenade and garlic confit. Another must-try dish is the eggplant falafel (seared and creamy eggplants with herbs, parmesan cheese and a crunchy crust). Their spinach risotto with truffles as well as the salmon and goat cheese wrapped in Phyllo pastry are also excellent.
As far as fine dining goes, Adora is one of the most affordable establishments, with a business lunch menu starting at 69 NIS that is available daily from 12:00-17:00.
