Tenat is a vegan Ethiopian restaurant without too many frills. Naturally, you get the Ethiopian Injara (gluten-free sourdough-flavor flatbread) standard with just about every meal, and alongside it comes a variety of Ethiopian salads and vegetable stews of your choosing.
