- Zvulun Beach, Herzliya
About Zvulun Beach
Since there are no wave breakers, Zvulun Beach is a popular spot for surfers, and there are schools nearby for classes and equipment rentals. Zvulun also works as a less crowded alternative for hanging out on the beach, with a few cafes and patches of grass for beach picnics.
Location
Zvulun Beach is underneath the Okeanus Boutique Hotel (50 Ramat Yam Street, Herzliya).
Getting There
Busses 12, 13, 14 and 533 stop near the beach, but since it’s Herzliya and public transportation is not as frequent, we recommend driving. There is plenty of paid parking throughout the city, including at the nearby marina.
Hours
You can go to the beach whenever you want, but there are only lifeguards on duty during certain hours, which vary by season.
Winter (October-April): No lifeguard on duty
