Even though it’s located in the Middle-East, Tel Aviv has quickly become a sushi empire with an enormous number of sushi restaurants to choose from. The only thing about sushi, (mainly in Tel Aviv) is that you need to carefully choose the right place to go to, and “Moon” is definitely one of these places.
This sushi bar is responsible for the first ever conveyor belt sushi train within the borders of our little country. Though you can always wait for a waiter and order from the regular menu, it’s still some kind of a nice experience being able to take whatever plate you fancy as it passes you by.
The menu is ridiculously large and options are almost endless, but with the help of the very enticing pictures, you could enjoy some great combinations like the “black mamba”- balls of rice wrapped with either salmon, tuna or yellow tail and topped with salmon, tuna and bass tartar, or the “Oshi Napoleon”- squares of panko salmon with sweet potato, avocado and melted Gouda cheese- splendid!
Every Sunday there’s a great offer on the conveyor belt menu, where every plate is available for only 12NIS.
Don’t forget to plan ahead and make reservations as this place is packed even on a weekday!
