Situated in a rustic, 129 year old building, that was under the ownership of a Turkish Sheikh, Kimel looks and feels more like it belongs in a little French village than in downtown Tel Aviv.
Chef Shaul Ben Aderet is responsible for the classic-French menu: Foie-gras, Roquefort and nut buttered shrimps, Chateaubriand, seared duck with apricot chutney or chicken liver pate in Calvados and carrot jam and much more.
