Cordelia is perhaps Jaffa’s best known fine dining establishment. Headed by renowned chef Nir Zuk and housed in a charming arched walkway turned into a building in the heart of the city, it has become a central establishment in Jaffa’s burgeoning nightlife scene.

The 7-course chef’s menu at 250 NIS is the highlight, offering a full range of tastes at a fair price, and the wait staff is typically more than happy to accommodate if there is something from the menu you’d like taste that’s not included in the tasting menu.

The ambiance at Cordelia is almost untouchable. Even while being distinctly Middle Eastern and fitting perfectly into Jaffa, the décor manages to be fresh thanks to influences drawn from all over the region, along with modern touches and romantic lighting.
